On occasion, we will retire one of our show dogs and allow them to live out their lives as spoiled house pets.  This is a diificult time for us, as we would love to let all our retired dogs stay here forever.  The nature of showing requires breeding the next generation and having younger dogs in the ring.  It isn't fair to the older dogs to no longer be our focus, and finaicailly, one can only support so many! 

If you are interested in a retire dog, please contact us.  We ask that you are willing to commit to a two week trial.  The first 72 hours can be tough for the dog in the new environment, but with patience and understanding, by the end of the trail the dog should be fully adjusted.  If not, we will take the dog back, no questions asked! 

Retired dogs will be altered and up to date on all medical care.  There may be a small adoption fee to help cover traveling expenses.
